Buses on Brač: Supetar to Bol

Arriva's island buses run from Supetar to Bol in about 55 to 70 minutes, around 10 times a day each way in summer and fewer in winter. They are timed to meet the car ferries from Split, so foot passengers can travel Split to Bol by ferry and bus, though the direct catamaran is quicker.

Using the bus

  • The bus station in Supetar is by the ferry port.
  • Buy tickets from the driver or at the station; carry some cash.
  • If your ferry is late, the connecting bus may not wait. Check the last bus of the day before you travel.

Buses also link Bol with other villages on Brač, though not often enough for easy sightseeing. For day trips around the island, a rented car or scooter is more practical.
